Please provide a complete description of your event. This information may be used for the parish website, bulletin announcements, social media, emails, flyers, and other marketing materials. Please write your description as clearly and professionally as possible using proper English or Spanish, including important details such as the purpose of the event, who it is for, any key information attendees should know, links, and
other websites.
Please provide the date of your event so we can coordinate parish scheduling and room availability. If your event spans multiple days, please include both the start and end dates. If your event takes place on a single day, you only need to provide the start date. If your date is not yet finalized, please check the flexibility box so we know you are willing to work with the parish schedule.
