Children's Ministry / Coor. de Los Niños

I plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate experiences that introduce children to the teachings of the Church and the person of Jesus Christ. Through lessons, activities, prayer, and community, I help create an environment where children can learn and grow in their faith in a way that is both meaningful and memorable.

I also partner with parents and volunteers to ensure each child is supported and known, helping them build a strong foundation of faith that continues as they grow within the life of the Church.

Approach to Family Ministry

Sacramental Preparation is a one-year program. Children must be in the 2nd grade or higher to be eligible for the program.

First Communion classes in English for children in the 2nd through 5th grade are after the 9 am Mass, and classes in Spanish are after the noon Mass.

I lead children to Jesus because their hearts are open, trusting, and ready to encounter Him in a real and meaningful way. In their joy, curiosity, and wonder, we see a reflection of the faith Christ calls all of us to have.

I desire to create a space where children feel known, loved, and invited into a relationship with God, so that from a young age they understand they belong to Him and to His Church.
